RETURNS & REFUNDS:
{Angelic Creationz} DOES NOT accept returns. If there are issues with your order, please contact us WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING your order via email at {info@angeliccreationz.com}. Please include pictures of the item, along with the invoice for the order. If you do not email WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING the order, we will not be able to process a potential store credit. Refunds are processed for orders that we CANNOT fulfill.
Damages/Issues
Please check your package upon arrival. Please contact us immediately if your package is defective or you receive the wrong item.
No Exceptions
Certain items such as, personalized or customized items can not be returned nor refunded.
We do not except refunds on courses, services, or digital downloads. We also do not refund gift cards, and all clearance items are final sales.
TRACKING
We will not be responsible for customer's not receiving their tracking number if the information provided is incorrect. If the customer package has been returned due to incorrect information, it will be the customer's responsibility to pay for another shipping label. Angelic Creationz isn't responsible for any issues after your package has been shopped. We will not refund, nor exchange any order that has been miss handled (damage, or broken) during delivery. Angelic Creationz has made sure that each order has been checked for damage for delivery.
Photo Uploads
When uploading an image please make sure the picture quality is up to your standards. Angelic Creationz will not do any editing to your uploads. If the product your purchase only requires one image and the customer up loads more than one we will choose the best quality image. A final email will be sent for the customer's approval once the image has been downloaded to our system. Please keep in mind that colors could be slightly different when looked at from different devices.
